The main goal of CERTE is to carry activities on research development and innovative technologies in water fields and to integrate the obtained results at the economic and social levels. CERTE is composed by three research laboratories: Wastewater Treatment, Geo-resources, Natural Water treatment. Current research is foccused on Sustainable water management (integrated, decentralised and local approaches), Ground water and surface water preservation and modelling, Water technologies and innovation, water recycling and reuse, protection against scaling and corrosion by water, Climatic change and cleaner production.
